If you feel the trial period has been successful and you would like to continue to use an auto belay device at your climbing facility, we can arrange for the return of the demonstration unit and the supply of a new TRUBLUE auto belay unit.
If, after the trial period, you feel that installation of an auto belay device has not added value to your climbing facility, the supplied TRUBLUE unit can simply be returned to us with no charges incurred.
