I've been working round wrist pain for a few months now, and have decided it's probably time to do something about it.
I believe it's a TFCC issue, outside of the wrist, pain in both, but worse in my right.
I'm based in Surrey, not far from Guildford. But also will be spending time in Exeter. So recommend me a physio!
And practical advice or personal stories also very welcome.
