Faded Gore-Tex jacket

So,

I've got a good few gore-tex jackets that all seem to fade their colour after a year or two. My guess is that UV has trashed them. Does anyone know how to restore the colour of them? I've washed and reproofed etc etc. It's so frustrating when we all spank a good few hundred quid on good jackets!!

What? As long as it's still waterproof, the fading just gives you that mountain man vibe.
