The Cleveland Mountaineering Club is "hosting" a maintenance meet at this most popular of the NY Moors crags from 11am this Sunday. It is hoped to install some drainage pipes to divert a couple of springs away from the path. It is also proposed to install a few extra steps where erosion has occurred below existing ones. The National Park has kindly provided the materials. As well as CMC members, some from The Sunderland MC have offered to help and anyone else who wishes to get involved will be most welcome. Light refreshments have been promised and we hope to get finished in time to allow for some climbing. Car sharing, at least from Swainby is recommended. Hope to see some of you there.
