Nice, I'd not seen it before. It was far, far better than I thought it would be

In the bit where Dave starts up the E10, why is he taking a second rope up, clipped to his gear loop?

In reply to KeithAlexander:

It's not an extra rope he had a few skyhooks equalised with cord so he could place them quicker. Not that it made much difference in the end!

Fantastic film, really enjoyed this a lot. Probably one of the best posted on the site in a very long time.

Wish I hadn't paid money to buy this film when it first came out...

I'm very happy to have paid for it; beautifully crafted climbing films of this calibre are rare and to be encouraged.

Yes, excellent. I like this bit...

'There we are. You've led a hard severe, we'll go and do an E10'
'But... but... it's raining... '
'Nah, it'll be alright... '

That was outstanding - I can't usually sit still for a full length climbing film, but this was well paced with no annoying music or overly hyperbolic commentary. Really well filmed also
Thanks, UKC

Wow.

Really loved that. You could feel how hard it was but at the same time it was a real Red-Bull-fueled-'adventure'-film antidote.

Excellent.

Hot Aches make brilliant films, much better than some of the other film makers featured. Seems like everyone is trying to make climbing films these days.

My only gripe was that it was over too quickly!
