Ben Vrackie - worth taking bikes?

Taking a 9 year old into Ben Vrackie, wondering if it's worth biking up to the dam from the car park or is it better just to walk it?

Probably best to walk. The track is fairly steep in places and I suspect you'll end up pushing the bikes a fair bit.

Yup, you were so right - steep pretty much all the way, the wee guy would have been pushing most of the way if we had taken bikes - a glorious hill, in stunning weather, hill was very very busy though but a great day
