I haven't been climbing in a month and my performance has dropped drastically from flashing V7s - to finding V4s difficult. What would be the fastest way to get my performance back up? and beyond my previous limits? Thanks,

Creatine, roids and a cool beanie, obviously.

Or relive the 80s by moving to stoney and climbing every day?

Buy a marker pen. Sneak in at night and cunningly alter the labels.
