There seems no easy solution to the blocked off parking. Please don't park below the crag at Crag House as this is likely to cause difficulties.
You can just about squeeze a (small) car into the old space mentioned in YG but make sure you are well off the road. Other options exist further along the lane from Crag House but again please use your discretion and don't block access. If all else fails there is a very big parking place back towards Otley and the moor is open access. Cross the fence with care and enjoy the warm-up hike.
