After flicking through the guidebook it seems Cancer and Figues au Cul are the only two crags that are partially accessible in the rain. Maybe the big overhangs at Oasif and La Muse could do the trick as well?
The weather forecast has been utterly unreliable for the past six months though so maybe it won't be that bad, here in Font it was supposed to rain this Sunday, then Monday and Tuesday, then this morning it was supposed to be sunny until next Friday, I've just checked now and there will be rain from Friday... You get the idea.
Maybe you already know that but some sectors have been sort of closed since the first edition was out (not sure if it's because of private property issues or bird nesting or something else), so stick with those crags that are in the guidebook.

Grand toit is pretty much banned as well as a few other crags:
