Good physio near Exeter/Plymouth?

Having nacked my shoulder a bit, I'm on the hunt for a recommended physio, preferably one who knows about climbing injuries, down in South Devon. Any suggestions greatly received.

There is one that operates out of the quay climbing centre, so should have seen a few climbers.
