Is whacking in bolts in order to be able to toprope something, with an eye to establishing a new boulder problem, acceptable in Bishop? Not that I'm judging either way - obviously as Brits we all think that it's despicable behaviour and that Mr Pringoals should be castrated, especially as it doesn't even look
that high, but that's beside the point - I'm more curious about the local ethics.
