Off to Font next week for a few days, taking the dog, but after a recommendation for a vet in town so i can get her passport checked before coming home. Can anyone recommend me a vet?

The vet in Milly la Foret was good when we had a dog. Pleasant people and surprisingly good prices... Can't remember the practice name, but it was easy to find....

Do you speak French? If you don't I believe this vet in Nemours (http://www.cliniqueveterinaireduloing.com ) speaks English well if I remember correctly what my buddy told me. And she was very nice too, we'd have kept taking our cat there if we hadn't moved places. If you do speak French this other vet in Avon (http://www.vetodelaforet.fr ) is the one we go to now and she's very competent and pleasant too. Though I have to say I've never met a bad vet thus far! Enjoy your stay. (Ideally keep your dog on a lead even while in the forest; many people don't including locals, but the law states that you're always supposed to be in control of your dog.)
