New Winter Climbing Boots

Looking to replace my 15 year old Boreal boots for something more modern and lighter. I have been looking at the La Sportiva winter boots, which are expensive but seem one of the better options. Had a look a the new G2SM boot which look the business but might be a little OTT for Scottish winter climbing?

It would be good to hear peoples opinions on what they would consider a decent winter boot or what they are wearing. I have been looking at used boots on eBay but not a great deal on offer at the moment.

Go to a good outdoor shop. Buy the most comfortable boot you can find, having the right boot can make you never think of your feet and the wrong boot can ruin your trip. I'd suggest you don't pay less and get a less comfortable boot spend the money on the best boots you can find.
