Hi I'm looking for a winter trouser to walk and ice climb in.
When climbing I tend to get cold knees from resting against the snow.
Ideally a pair of trousers to take some sort of knee pad.

Any ideas.
Obviously I've seen snickers etc work trousers but is there a climbing orientated trouser on the market that would do the trick.

Bergens of Norway do a salopette with insulated knee pads.

They come in two different weights.

Pm me if you want more info.

Paramo's Aspira trousers have a removable knee and ass pad.

You could try cavers knee pads but if you are nesh then you might need to worry about reducing circulation to your feet.
