UKC

Spent an hour or so over the weekend trying to track down a few new routes on one of my local crags that had recently been posted on UKC. The descriptions were a bit vague and I failed to find any of them. I really wish new routers would post photos; its so easy these days and would make repeating the routes and checking the proposed grades so much easier. Perhaps our esteemed Editor might encourage new routers to do this.

Agreed. As a crag moderator there's nothing more frustrating than someone logging a new route and not even providing a decent (or any) description for the route or even where it might be located. Providing good information on new routes and attaching a photo to show the line is a relatively simple thing to do these days.
