Are these touring bindings? Sorry, touring newbie.

I'm looking at changing my twin tips to give touring a try and I'm looking at buying these bindings but just wanted to make sure that they are indeed touring bindings.

Sorry, this may seem obvious, but I don't have enough knowledge to ID binding types on sight.

These look like rail style binding to me not a touring binding.

the heel needs to release from the ski, have a look here, the first image shows the heel elevated
