Something is wrong with the voting as the current top photos are all showing only a '2' vote?

Looks like someone with little to do went through a whole load of photos (including new/latest ones) giving them a score of 2.

There's a script that gets run every Sunday that analysers the voting. If it picks up someone going through consistently voting very low and the average for each photo is actually high (and visa versa) then their profile highlighted to admins.

Would be easy to write one which examines pictures posted under winter climbing and quantifies the amount of non-sky white/blue in the image
