Has anyone had their futuras resoled and how do they feel after?

I'm thinking of getting mine resoled for wearing at the wall but noticed on llanberis resoles that he splits the wrap-over section but I think that uninterrupted layer of rubber is part of what makes them work so well, so keen to know how people compare it to before.

Hi, I had a pair of La Sportiva Geniuses resoled by Llanberis Resoles and they are also edgeless like the Futuras. Torquill did a really good job on them and they are like new.

I couldn't tell the difference between the resoles and a new pair.

Thanks, not sure whether to risk it though as resoles aren't particular cheap any more. Might ask Llanberis Resoles if he'll consider wrapping the rubber over. Guessing he's against it due to rubber wastage more than anything.
