Just wondering if anyone knows any good campsites in Font that are open at the moment. Thinking of a last minute long weekend.

I found one but appears to be closed between Nov and march.

Not bothered about fancy just a space for a tent and decent location and ideally cheap.

Cheers for any help

No idea about paying campsites but if none is open you can stay at the free bivouacs near Bourron Marlotte (Grandes vall£es) and next to the ONF building near Bois-le-Roi.

Btw conditions are prime! It's biting cold though so pack warm clothes.

Thank you! After looking around for a while we got the formula 1 dirt cheap in nemours so that will do!

Peak forecast is rubbish so figured we'd take a punt on font!

Ah yes I stayed there a couple of nights before moving here, it's clean and the noise from the motorway didn't bother us. Close to Casino which is handy. A piece of advice: ideally don't drive through Nemours, I lived there for a year and it's a massive hassle. It's better to take the motorway.

Grez shuts in November. Formula 1 is definitely the way to go this time of year for a long weekend.
