That are open between Christmas and New Year?

Probably Keswick area in the Lakes and around the 3 Peaks in Yorkshire.

The one at Rosthwaite stays open all year, we camped there in that really cold winter a few years back when everything was frozen solid so there were no facilities available. http://www.chapelhousefarmcampsite.co.uk/
