What do you buy the camper that has everything ?

Help me out here folks

I'm looking for present ideas for the camper that has everything.
Several stoves , several tents for differing situations, several sets of cutlery, pans, torches, tarps , sleeping mats ,etc etc... you get the idea.

Something unusual perhaps that you discovered and thought Wow what a cool idea.

I'm struggling to think of anything.

A bottle of malt whisky, and a container (maybe a hip flask if you're feeling posh) for decanting some into, to take on camping trips.

They'll probably end up weighed down with massive axes and folding saws from the Woodlore shop if they go down that route

Whilst I agree with the sentiment , and its a good idea.
Cutting down trees and setting fire's on campsites is sometimes frown upon in the peak district.

But have a like all the same

Well its getting near new year and I fancied a change of character , I feel like I'm at a different place in my life nowadays.
It's a bit of a Dr Who type reinvention so to speak. The same but different.

The new name is still a good pun.

Although the TWS abbreviation does make me sound like some kind of union.

Some of those special gift vouchers that you can only spend in every shop in the country and have no expiry date. Best avoid the £5 denomination if they are veggie.

You can't have enough batteries. Solar is as much use as a chocolate fireguard in the UK.

I know that a good water filter would be useful for wild camping .
They tend to be fairly expensive though.

A hori-hori (Japanese gardening knife)

Whatever tool they have will not be as good as these for digging cat holes. Tough enough for mountain ground covering. Heavier than the alternatives but the alternatives are all shite.

Also good for making fire pits / removing stones from ground.

I bought a big bag of daffodil bulbs to plant in the grass in front of the flats where I live, trying to brighten up the neighbourhood a bit. Tried to use a cheap bulb planter, it got wrecked by the rough ground. A hori-hori sounds like it might do the job and be a good Christmas present for my dad who's a gardener and is hard to find something different for. Where can I find a hori-hori?

If only

Erm.....

I must confess , it's for me as a present to myself with contributions from any relatives that give me gift cards or cash.
I get asked what I want and always stall with not knowing.
So money isn't to much of an issue. It just depends if I think its value for money and I'm going to use it.

Hey.... Don't you know that a dog is for life not just for Christmas!

Seriously though, I have been toying with the idea recently, but I just wouldn't want to commit to looking after one full time . I live alone and the poor thing would be lonely all day.
Plus my mum has a dog that I can always abduct every now and then, admittedly not one that would like camping though.

Also it's hard enough looking after myself let alone a dog.

Hi. I got mine online. From some gardening centre in England.

Specifically designed for use in the high mountains of Japan.

Beware of imitations! I did a bit of research. Make sure it is a Japanese make.

Bit of a wild card but I've been looking at stitches and steel for some stuff for the campervan and they've got a neoprene changing mat for surfers. It looks vaguely purposeful for something else. Alternatively they sell carbon fibre telescopic poles for a tarp or awning which seem like a nice gift for the camper who has everything.

Black Diamond Moji Lantern/Charging Station £70

Blinkin' brilliant device, though the price is offputting.

No more pitching in a hurricane with just the light of a head torch.
No more wondering if the gas lantern will fall over and burn your tent down
No more running out of phone juice.

Bought one last year and now I wonder how I managed without it.

Thanks for all the suggestions folks.
Some good ideas for me to be getting on with.
