Just been sent this video link from a local young French climber, making the first repeat of the hardest route of the local crag I developed recently a few minutes walk from Chez Arran. Took a fair bit of effort bolting and equipping the routes so it's nice to see it looking good in the end.

Good looking route, John, and nice vid - I must say I preferred the drone footage, it was much clearer and from a more interesting point of view. The shadow tells a tale...?

Yes, some of the drone footage is pretty nice. I wasn't sure it was a drone at all at first, as it could potentially have been shot from quite long range from a difficult-to-reach vantage, but the shadow entering the shot left no room for doubt!
