Jakob Schubert has repeated Klemen Bečan's Joe Mama, 9a+, a resistance test piece at Oliana in Catalunya, Spain.

Be interesting to see what else he gets up to. A slightly underrated climber I think. He's one of only four climbers to have climbed more than one 9b afaik.

I believe in spanish resistencia refers to sustained power endurance routes without much rest.

He's now done Seleccio Anal at Santa Linya - 9a/+. He's also trying Stoking the Fire (9b)...

'I'm sure I'll return again to finish off 'Stoking the Fire' which I only had two days on this trip but feels very sendable'
