-19 at Munich Airport this morning and up towards the Frankenjura it was -23,3°, tonights forecast is for -25.

'Only' -9°C when I went out this morning here in Ariège, which felt cold enough for me, but glorious sunshine again today, as it's been pretty much every single day for the last month or more. Definitely t-shirt climbing weather; I was happily belaying shirt-off a couple of days ago at Génat yet the rock didn't feel the slightest bit greasy.
