Pre-comp work

Hey, ive just had a bad climbing day - climbing a few grades worse than usual and i am planning on leaving climbing for a few days in order to rest before a comp in just over a weeks time.

What can i do to get back to my normal standard? Dietry and fitness based. Cheers,

A few days rest might be what you need. Week before a comp you shouldn't be pushing it.
