El chorro - Sector behind Cocina Caliente

Does anybody know the name of the crag behind (up the hill) Sector Cocina Caliente?

We've just done some routes there and we're struggling to find the name of the crag.... Let along route into.

Neither of those. It's the one literally behind Cocina.

If you mean the big bit behind... https://goo.gl/maps/Kqnd4SuUXS62, I don't know that was in the latest local guidebook. Perhaps a recent development?

I know where you mean. I think it's a recent development. I would look for an electronic topo from the Finca's website. I've copied a link below, but it doesn't seem seem to be working at the moment.
