I remember seeing FBD in April once and it looked like a Chamonix goulotte style route with a lovely strip of continuous grey ice up the entire thing. I expect in this condition it's mega but maybe a different experience buried under powder... How do you rate the climb in the conditions on the day? Still worthwhile?
