Targeting a few Marathons this year.

Need some ideas for marathons in the North West/North Wales for March?

I doing the Wrexham bakery half this month, so not keen on doing the marathon in March.

Haworth Hobble - it's an ultra but only just. 50 Km of nice scenery. Can also be done as a walk.

My advice would be to avoid the Wrexham marathon like the plague if you do change your mind. The course is awful.

In reply to goldmember: I'm doing the Wrexham bakery half as well - might see you there - and I'm doing Manchester Marathon.

I'm not sure about other races. Everyone I know who's not doing Manchester are doing London or Edinburgh.

I want to do Chester but it's on my son's birthday. He said I can do it but my wife got very upset. Snowdon is another one I'd love to do.
