I have an extended weekend (Friday to Monday) this week. Since winter looks off the menu, where am I most likely to find good dry rock at this time of year in the North of England (or Scotland)? Based in Glasgow and prepared to drive as far south as the peak. Trad, sport or bouldering.

Just back from Scugdale in the N York Moors, nice and dry apart from the odd sheltered corner. Decent forecast for the weekend apart from a spitter overnight on saturday.

Berryhill was dry today, and not that cold either. I'd guess a lot of quicker drying in northumberland will be good.
