The only* way to get Trump out of the oval office is to get the Republicans to do it for us. Taking a leaf out of the UKIP playbook we need to blame an entire group of people for the actions of a tiny minority. Can I suggest we all start referring to him as "Republican president", and to his actions as the actions of the Republican party. Not that I'm expecting many GOP members come on here, but it might be worth doing for our brethren stateside and other social meeja platforms (fb / twitter etc)
*OK not the only way, but possibly the best way, in the interests of democracy and all that...
