Going to be spending some time working in Kathmandu, and hoping to keep in shape while there. From my research so far, I've found some possible walls:
* Bouldering Gym Patan (somewhere in Patan?)
* Astrek Climbing Wall (found on google maps)
* NCSA wall (found on google maps)
Info online is fairly vague though, and I wouldn't be surprised if google maps is wrong, so if anyone's got any concrete info on these, or knows other places, that would be great.
Also open to suggestions for yoga places, or places to go running (I heard the air is quite bad at the moment).
