You act in your post as if you don't understand the OP's point, yet you capture it well in your post. Their logic is pretty simple and irrefutable.
If you're going to get teachy about dislikes you could try posting a less ambiguous message that doesn't make it look like you can't understand simple things.
I assume you disagree with the ethical, moral and legal implications of doing as the OP suggests; if that's the case then say so instead of trying to make it look like the OP was talking nonsense.
I consider the implication's of the OPs view abhorrent, short sighted, gung ho and indefensible legally and ethically. Logically though they're correct that if someone is detained in Cuba indefinitely then that same someone won't be able to commit a crime anywhere else.
