AVIEMORE ADVENTURE FESTIVAL is back for another year with an even bigger & more exciting programme of events. We have guest talks from outdoor athletes: Mick Fowler, Cedar Wright & Emily Chappell alongside a host of workshops with outdoor experts as well as gear testing sessions with outdoor manufacturers.
The festival is held in the town of Aviemore in the centre of the Cairngorms National Park on 9-12 March…a great place to make the most of the weekend with the stunning backdrop of the Cairngorm Plateau and the beautiful Nethy & Rothiemurchus Forest.
We have a great line up of workshops including:
Introduction to Backcountry Skiing & Splitboarding
Packrafting taster introduction session
Introduction to Nordic Walking with LEKI trekking Poles
Gear testing & trail runs with inov-8 footwear
Ski Mountaineering Demo Workshop
Film-makers “Bootleg” workshop with Cedar Wright
Canoe & Paddle boarding taster sessions with Loch Insh Watersports
