Hey Peeps

Can knowledgeable people recommend places to eat/drink in the evening in Chulilla? Visiting Chulilla in 11-18th of March.
Do places have limited opening times?

Cheers in advance.

We stayed in an apartment here last year (ie.Nov/Dec late 2015) and ate in the attached restaurant a few times. It was pretty decent grub, but only open certain days of the week. not sure if this would be the same set-up in March.

It's a 5-10min walk from the centre of Chulilla, in a wee village called La Ermita.

Edit: we also ate here once. It was slightly better quality, but more expensive IIRC. Right in the village centre.

Just go to the climbers bar in the village. Simple food, but well priced and great atmosphere

More or less opposite the car park.

I only ate there once on my recent trip to Chulilla - and wish I had gone more often. Nice food, staff, and atmosphere. I had a local special of pig cheeks in a sweet wine based sauce - but the more quotidian likes of the burgers and fries and salads looked mighty fine.

Nice hosts, good place to stay too. Just down steps from town square

The bar in the top right corner of the square does really good tapas. I think they are only open at the weekends, but certainly worth checking out.

As others have said the main place climbers tend to go is the bar down the street opposite the square.

Have fun.

Thanks Peeps

Plenty for our group to try out! Sounds like the climbers bar is where we will spend a good portion of our evenings?
