Just to say a very public ( well among UKC public) thank you to the staff and volunteers at the Olive Branch, El Chorro, Spain.
Just returned from a weeks stay and despite being probably the same age as the majority of other guests parents, and only logging climbs in the 4,5&6a grades, I was made to feel really welcome by staff and other guests.
Special mention must go to chef Si, Tomo and Hendreich, who were really nice guys. Garry & Mel were fantastic hosts, and the eclectic mix of guests who made the week such a good one.
We are already talking about the return trip.
Oh and the climbing was rather good too.
