I've just tried them on back to back with old whites, velcros and greens.
Old Whites, virtually the same
Velcros (10.5), Whites much more precise fit, stiffer
Greens (11.5), similar fit, Whites have a far better heal, stiffer.
In reply to jezb1: Just read a review of the 'new' whites and they are described as " the most aggressive shoe in the Anasazi line". Given that they are as flat as a pancake and stiff as a board, what exactly do they mean by the term 'aggressive'. I would normally associate this term with extreme downturn and floppy smeary mid-soles. Is this just Adidas pretending to be the cool kid on the block using terms that don't make any sense ?
I guess they are aggressive compared to the other Anasazis but that's hardly saying much! They're more precise than the others, maybe that's what they're getting at?
It's not a term I'd use for them, especially when mine are currently sat next to a pair of Hi Angles..
This is good news....I'd actually stock piled a couple of pairs of the old whites that only ever really see slate so now I can use them more knowing when they become a bit floppy I can get some new ones
Re. the word "aggressive", after more thought I wonder if that refers to the heal, as it does pull your heal in tight, more so than my velcros for example.
