Chulilla Town - Boca de La Voz & Barranquillo/Falfiguera Looks like I have a chance to get to Valencia at the end of April. Does anyone know if a 70m rope is enough for Chulilla? It seems there are a lot of long routes but I don't have a guide yet so not sure.

From what I remember it should do you for most stuff, but there are a number of routes where an 80 will come in handy.

Thanks. Might make do then, not sure when I'll need an 80m elsewhere.

I took my 70m there last year ( it had been 'end chopped' a couple of times at most) and I think I used it once. The rest of the time we used one of the two 80s we had with us. I've since bought a 100m for my next trip, wherever that may be, and it allows me plenty of chops between now and then.

In reply to beefy_legacy: FWIW we climbed quite happily there for a week on 60s.

80s are increasingly useful. There are quite a number of 30-40m routes in Kalymnos and El Chorro.

There's some quality routes that need an 80, but a 70 will leave still leave you lots of routes.
