Garmin Etrex 30x or Etrex 35T

Bit of a dilemma, as above been looking at GPS for a wee while for wild camping and hiking, ended up with Etrex 35T (Was given a s a gift) but was wondering if the Etrex 30x would be better, does the difference in screen resolution make that much of a difference ?

I don't think the concept of a touchscreen works for these devices - try it when you're freezing in a whiteout ...

So, myself, I wouldn't want the 'T' model.
