The Peak tearoom just a bit lower down the hill is good for cake and coffee etc. Check opening hours if you are heading there midweek though.

It's shut, but depending on what you're after , The Ryles Arms is excellent for food and beer. Not too far away.

Where were you climbing to have that as a good spot to stop? The Stanley Arms isn't bad for a pint and Sandwich if it's on your way. I like the Crag Inn in wild boar clough too.
