App login problems?

Anyone else having problems logging into the app? I've just downloaded it and tried to sync it to my logbook, so I can be a real climbing dick down the pub ("Have I shown you my logbook recently?" "It's still your bloody round") but it keeps saying "An Unknown Error Occurred".

Is this me doing something wrong, a problem with the app, or have the lies in my logbook finally been revealed?

Can you try and log a climb then go to Home > Help & Support > Email us and send an email with a brief description of the problem. This email will also send a log file from the app which helps us analyse what is going wrong.

Hey Ant, I've just tried logging in with the production version here and it all worked fine. We have been having a few issues with the server as it's been migrated, but it doesn't seem like this is one of those.

Can you send a support request from within the app so I can examine your log file? You can do this via:

Home -> Help and Support -> Email Us
