I heard an outspoken Chinese dissident sounding quiet cheery over China not being able to quite know where there are with America anymore. He said they Chinese government already knew who he was, so didn't need to worry about being on record as being pleased about that.

Its just a joke, and would make great TV were it not real life.

He has blamed Obama for everything. Even Flynn being cleared to work for him when Obama actually sacked him....
