Does anybody know the name of a device used for antagonistic hand/ forearm training? Its a ball with rubber bands attached and you put your fingers through them to provide resistance when you open your hand. I've tried googling it to no avail.

I've used the Gripsaver and Powerfingers. I prefer Powerfingers because you get 5 different resistances in one package, but one has broken already after a few months. I've had 2 Gripsavers and they've lasted substantially longer than that.

If I can work out where I got the Powerfingers, I'll send them an email, pretty sure I should be due a free replacement after such a short time. Doesn't mean I'll get one though.

I'm trialling the £2 eBay Chinese knock-offs before investing in The Real Deal.
Difficulty level seems ok, but unsure of the benefits.

Same as any antagonist. Doing a bunch of them regularly stops me falling apart.

The postman leaves my forearm trainer attached to the post. Rubber bands are free.

Powerfingers are such a ripoff. They last absolutely no time at all :| went through 2 boxes in 3 months first time around, screw that
