Have any of you successfully tried to contact this sham of a company?

Its a matrix of web pages, with no actual method of talking them.

Its impossible to email them, and I guess resolving complaints will be just as difficult.

Yes. I've had to contact them a couple of times. They give you the choice between calling, emailing and online chat. Found them helpful and successful in resolving my issues.

If your logged in to your account you do get the various options including email and phone. If your not logged in if I remember correctly at least some links don't work/options not displayed.

They have always responded quickly when I've contacted them. I usually do the email route as it give a recorded of what was said, but have also used the call back, and have no complaints with effectiveness.

Yep, contacted them by email and got a response from one of their agents within half an hour. No problems and great service.

I rang them for help with setting up Kodi on my firestick and found them no help at all

took full advantage of 30 day free trial then cancelled with no problem whatsoever.

I always use the chat function and have received several refunds through it, including partial refunds for damaged goods I got to keep.
