I went for a few days to Snowdonia last weekend and was looking forward to getting some rock routes done. I have never been a good rock climber and I was always firmly rooted in the low grades but I knew my level and to be frank I was quite happy with my lot. Neither am I a regular climber and I suppose it should have come as no surprise to discover that I would struggle on this trip. Still it came as a bit of a shock to struggle on VDiff. The story of the trip here..http://howlingmist.blogspot.ie/2017/05/trying-to-rockclimb-in-snowdonia.htm...
Wobbly is right my friend. A slippery slope (literally ). I must get out climbing much more. Perhaps an introduction to rock routes on the Cairngorms might be just the ticket . Hope you are keeping well.
