Try Firefox. It works in that browser well.

I tried it yesterday and like it. I'm switching to it.

You can copy your favourites at set up time.

Hmm, the SSL config file has been overwritten again.

I've changed it again and I'll try and find out what's causing it to switch back to default.

It will if you change the setting to still secure encryption ciphers and don't run a steam powered OS.
