Hi all!

My partner and I have rather kindly been gifted a holiday to chamonix for a week, next week.

We're struggling for ideas of what to do as it doesn't leave much time for acclimatisation and we are at th weather gods mercy!

Anyone have any suggestions for routes? Things to do? I've anyone is out there just now what are the conditions?

There is loads of options. if the weather is good going up high on either the midi or le tour. If the weather is bad some lower down rock climbs in the aiguille rouge or indoor climbing in les houche if its really that bad

Also the funalps site on the Alpine Club website has lists by different categories of things to do in and around Chamonix. The "Fundays" and "Funbikes"in particular have suggestions for mixed weather days.
