Apart from the OHM site has anyone got any opinions on how the snow/ ice conditions might evolve this year after what seemed a pretty thin winter?

Thinking about AD/D type routes Migot spur, Tré la tête traverse, Kuffner, Whymper etc etc

In reply to Tim Davies:

It'll depend - if it snows lots like in 2007 then things will actually get fatter between early June and early August. If it gets hot and dry then things will strip out quickly. It's supposed to snow over the next few days and then might be warm for a few days. After that is anyone's guess...

In reply to Tim Davies:

Of the ones you mention, the Kuffner and Tre la Tete traverse are the most reliable and the Whymper strips quickest.
