We're flying up to Tromso on June 22, 2017 to climb for ten days. Can anyone tell me what the conditions are like at the moment, in the hills (Hollenderan but not only)? I've heard the amounts of snow are record-breaking .... but from the guidebook I see we can still keep busy on crags lower down. We would also like to do the Ersfjord Traverse. If it still has lots of snow on it, we will probably pack lightweight crampons + an ax. Thanks for whatever information you can share- it'll help us to pack.

We went on 26th of may for a week and there was lots of snow, and it was still snowing at times. There is a Webcam from the university which was good for showing snow amounts on the hills. We did a little bit of sport at ersfjorden but then drove 6.5 hours to lofoten where the weather was better. It's a lovely drive if you need a backup.
