N face of Ober Gabelhorn Grading

Doing the usual route research for upcoming trips and planning various options.

The alpine club guide has the north face of Ober Gabelhorn graded at TD- whereas most other guides/online resources grade at D.

Is this down to modern tools making the climbing more manageable?

Anyone done the route? Looks like a great situation but I expect it's out of condition at the moment.
