Best thing you can do is go to a shop (or shops) and try on as many as you can and make sure you hang in them for as long as possible. A few minutes at minimum. That way you can feel if its supporting you well, any bits that might be digging in that wouldn't be evident unloaded and that you're happy with gear loop placements, etc.
A recommendation from one person may not work for another as everyone is different. It's like a pair of shoes. Time invested in trying is not wasted! And buying one more expensive harness that fits well is cheaper than having to buy a second harness after you find the first one digs in when you're in a hanging belay.
